Terms and Conditions

Prices from £350 - £895 per week.

Changeover day is Saturday.  Please check Calendar
 for availability

A deposit of £100 to be paid to secure the booking.  
All payments can be paid by credit or debit card over the phone, or banking online.
Full payment due 8 weeks before the booking plus a damage security bond of £100.
The bond will be credited back to your account once the cottage has been checked and cleaned.
A charge of £40 - £50 per dog depending on the season.
Cancellation:  
Standard Policy : 
Up to 8 weeks before your stay a full refund less deposit.
If for any reason the booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks before your stay the full amount of the accommodation will be payable .



The £100 deposit is non-refundable.
